Some before / after pictures that have been included in the submission for the Rowing Club to be constructed north of the Bennelong Bridge.

Information from the submission:
The vision for the Wentworth Point Maritime Precinct is to provide a world class boating precinct, including the rowing club, dry boat storage facility and marina. The vision is also to create a maritime precinct that is integrated with the adjacent residential precinct, public open spaces, waterside promenade and the Wentworth Point headland park. The Rowing Club is a simple, pragmatic and functional building. The proposed architectural solution envisions a contemporary building, which enhances surrounding public spaces, creates an iconic maritime landmark and serves the needs of local schools and the boating & local communities. The facility houses a mix of public & private uses; the community is invited to engage with the building, its functions and its
architecture.
